In today?s world when people don?t have enough time for enough exercise, they tend to spend on fitness equipments more. Exercise bikes are the most extensively bought exercise equipment. Today, in market you will find numerous types of exercise bike with all sorts of price tags. Upright Exercise Bikes : it is the traditional style of seating as if you are riding a normal bike. This allows your body to treat the stationary exercise as if it were normal. You can also stand on pedals and push hard as if you are riding on a steep climb or going for speed on open road. Recumbent Exercise Bikes : these bikes are different in design are may feel strange while riding because people are more used to riding normal outdoor bikes.
