Grief is a multidimensional response to a loss. Loss is an inevitable part of life and overcoming that grief is a cycle. The dictionary defines grief as a deep, prolonged, mental anguish over a loss. Grief can have many reasons like loss of a loved one, end of a long relationship etc. It does not have any parameters because the reaction depends on the extent of loss.

Grief basically means intense suffering that is caused by any kind of loss. grief causes physiological and emotional changes and disturbances in a person's life. as life moves on, we get acquainted with its various inevitable facets like happiness, sadness, grief, satisfaction, dynamism which in the long run teach us various techniques to lead a virtuous and victorious life.

It is caused by a main life change and is a usual reaction to a death or loss in a person's life. Grief can be hard, stressful and tiring but it is not a sickness. It also helps to let go of the past and alter to a new life without the person who died. Grief is a tough, sometimes irresistible emotion for people, despite of whether their sadness stems from the loss of a loved one or from a fatal diagnosis they or somebody they love has received.

Talking with the family members and friends can give the relief from grief. They can you useful tips to overcome from depression. Taking a regular walk, exercise, regular proper meals, and getting adequate sleep can be more helpful. First thing is to accept the reality of life. Death is a very natural thing. So stop thinking about death of loved ones.
