In this fast world women are likely to put on mare weight then men do to lack of exercise time. Drink water - Do someone ever feel like to rather just sit on the couch or lay in bed for hours after a hard day at work?

Obesity is most often measured by a mathematical formula called a Body Mass Index (BMI). BMI can be determined by separating the weight in pounds by the height in inches squared and then multiplying by 705. An individual is measured underweight if their BMI is less than 18.5. A BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered a standard weight.

There are plenty of different types to keep fit and each one benefits the health in a different way. Walking- good for energy and cardiovascular fitness. It maintains muscle strength in the legs, helps prevent bone loss. Walk has to be brisk to bring any benefit at all. It does not help general flexibility or balance.
