Swimming is a fun activity that helps you burn calories and lose weight. Swimming is a relaxed mode of exercise where the body weight is reduced by 90%. This aids flexibility while increasing the body's capacity for prolonged exercise. A longer swim time means greater expenditure of body energy and a leaner physical profile. Swimming can be done throughout the year; in summers it reinvigorates, in winter a heated pool can recharge and refresh. Swimming then is a complete full-body toning exercise that is a good calorie burner.
