What kind of fats should I never eat

So, you are fat - or tending towards it! When and how you put on these pounds-you did not even realize!! It was that gradual! Therefore, it only makes sense for you to lose weight the same way - gradually. Crash diets and deprivation have seen people swing back to binging with a vengeance. Deprivation causes psychological harm and creates gluttons - they cannot get their minds off food -and hence they have very low resistance to appetizing smells and appetizing sights. And if they give in to the craving once, they will do so again and again.

I don't have the will power to lose weight

The mirror screams at me every time I look into it. And the message is loud and clear, "You need to get rid of all that excess weight that you are carrying around you, so willingly like some docile beast of burden." Very, very true, I say, but please, not now, not today, not tomorrow, may be just some other time.

Why is it so hard for me to lose weight

Much as I would like to lose the burden of my weight and the burdening consciousness of carrying so much weight around, I find it more and more difficult getting into the actual routine of losing weight. What is it that prevents me from giving away what I do not like? I tried exploring the reasons for these problems and within them, the solutions that could give a leaner, trimmer and slimmer me.

Why diet and cardio is not enough

You board the diet train to slim land hoping to find that exact destination, but are disappointed. Then you take a flight to cardio once again praying to achieve what you set out for, but are yet again disillusioned. Why? You ask yourself. The answer is but simple. Only a diet or a Cardio is not enough to achieve the goal you want. What happens when one goes the diet path is that fro the time being the person gives up all the favorite oily and fatty foodstuffs. But as he realizes that he has lost ample weight he starts celebrating by resuming the intake of those given up goodies. Now. What results is thus; the body earlier used the excess fat for energy when food was in scarcity.

Why can't I lose this last 10 pounds

10 pounds of excess weight does not need excessive thinking or does it? When you have almost achieved your weight loss goal and the last step seems to be just within reach, why do the mind and palate get tempted to reach out for all those goody stuff? Why is there an irresistible urge to suddenly go chomp chomp and not 'weight and watch'?
