Vision for the Teens

The parents can influence the teen's vision in a way that their dreams and the desires can be made as one. The expectations of the parents need to be met and at the same time the thoughts of the teens must not be hurt or be affected.  Parents do affect and influence the desires of the teens. Hence the parents must take into consideration that the teen's mentality and the dreams must not be affected in any way. Thus the first and the foremost important thing would be if the parents took the initiative of knowing the interests of the teens. This would in turn help them to make the choices keeping the teen in mind. May it be sports or any other category; the parents must take up any category for the teens keeping the requirements of the teens in mind. The approach towards the teens must be wide and one must not pressurize them.

The teens and their choices:

There are times when the children like to make their choices according to the changing times i.e. the teens would want to make their career choices keeping in mind the peer group and the pressure of the school. Also their likes abide by all, hence, while taking up any decision in directing the future of the teens, one must think thoroughly.  One wrong thought can make the teen cranky and also in turn create a rift between the parents and the teens. The parents must be clear enough about their values and should be able to educate the children as well as adjust with the kids themselves. The limits should be told on to the teens, and they must follow the same. The conversation on the topics related to Love and Sex must be put on a hold when the teens are around. The teens must have the freedom of choosing the things and make the choices that they like. Shower them with trust and commitment hence the teens will think a lot of times before making the mistakes that can make them guilty later on. This way the vision of the teens is clear to the parents and vice versa.
