Junk food on hand has nutritious value and also adds extra calories to the body. These calories if not burnt get converted into fats thus adding weight. To burn extra calories one needs to exercise regularly. Exercising not only reduces weight but also enhances flexibility of the joints especially back. Exercising allows a specialized movement of back joints which makes them supple thus preventing back pain.
