Abs Diet

It?s no news that more than half of the world today is trying real hard to diet and look slim. Abs Diet of all sorts, have sprung up for help. And amidst this rat race to leave calories behind people have mixed up the real meaning of the word diet. Originally, its simply habitual nourishment i.e. what we eat daily, but now a days it means shunning food!!

We are supposed to be taking on modest amounts of diet, daily, instead we deny ourselves this and later binge on massive quantities. But our bodies, being smarter, quickly process whatever we shove into us, store it as fat, and within a few hours, we're starving again! Some real go-getters ignore even these later hunger pangs and create a short supply of food. This seems to work wonders at first but eventually, the lean times end. Body, a very eager student, has learnt that times can get tough, and packs enough fat around the abs to help survive next time food shortage occurs, resulting into fattening of the abs.

But then if refusing food doesn?t help what do you do? You go on a diet!!! If you think I have lost it you?d be surprised to know the opposite?.by going on a diet I mean a fitness plan which builds more muscle and burns more fat. This can be achieved by taking up one of the abs diet available. These diets give a list of nutrients you need to consume during the day. Dieters, generally eat three main meals and three snacks daily. What the abs diet recommend, is as follows:

  • Almonds and other nuts.
  • Beans and other legumes.
  • Spinach and other vegetables.
  • Dairy products.
  • Instant oatmeal.
  • Eggs.
  • Turkey and other lean meats.
  • Peanut butter.
  • Olive oil.
  • Whole grain breads and cereals.
  • Extra protein (whey) powder.
  • Raspberries and other berries.

The abs diet necessitates having two or three of these foods in every major three meals and at least one of them in snacks. When on a diet you should always learn to diversify the food at every meal to have a healthy combination of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Sneaking a little bit of protein into each snack is highly necessary.

Apart from this the abs diet plan teaches strength training and aerobic exercises which make the abs stronger and tighter. Abs is where all the physical power comes from. Don?t believe me? Try it yourself? look around the house and try to pick up the heavy things you can find (sofa, cylinder etc) where are you feeling the strain?? Yes, it?s the abdomen which hurts more than anything. Excess of fat around the abs not only makes us figureless but also reduces our physical power. We loose flexibility and get tired faster. So to always be in shape keep up the appropriate diet and watch those slim and tighter abs turn heads!!
